Fantastic tool.
Best tool ever for tight spots where a saw is needed. The sander works great for corners and other tight spots.

Compared to other multi tools I have used. I can say the lock sceew at the head, is by far really annoying

Versatile
Most versatile tool I own. Used it to rip down baseboards that were trapped behind tile and grout on a nightmare renovation. Used it to cut pvc and copper pipe , used it to cut drywall on light fixture installs , used it to demo , really useful with a scraper blade to remove caulk from door frames so I don't tear drywall paper . Also been using it to sand prior to paint .
