Personally, I wouldn't buy these again.
I bought these and wish I hadn't. I can see how they could mess up your track if you're not careful. There are better designs out there, and it's worth the cost to avoid damaging the expensive rails in my opinion. Milwaukee built a very good track saw, but the rail connectors are a swing and a miss.

Track saw connector is cheap don’t buy
These are junk, they deform the track when you tighten the screws down. They don’t include a friction plate like most other lesser expensive track saws. Don’t buy these. Buy others that include a bottom plate that prevent the screws from making indentations in the track.
