Disappointed!
Got one full charge out of my jacket battery. Now the charger flashes green and red (bad battery). I expected better from the Milwaukee brand!

Bulky and uncomfortable
Mine charges well and lasts well too, but it's really bulky and I hate being poked by it. Why isn't the jacket battery flat? 🤔

I thought I was the only one……
I have three of the 3.0 batteries for my heated jacket. All three of them have gone bad with flashing lights on the charger after only two weeks of use. I thought I was the only one until I came here and started reading The reviews of others with the same problems….. what’s a solution for a better battery ?!??

Battery won't charge after just a few uses
Wife bought me a Milwaukee heated jacket, I've used it maybe 5 times and now the battery won't charge....just flashes red/green red/green. Really disappointed at the moment, definitely had higher expectations for Milwaukee.

Horrible battery
I’ve had the jacket for just over 1 year and have need to use the heat one time the battery for it will not charge.

Jacket is nice but M12 Compaq battery is crap.
My wife bought me the jacket a couple of years ago. Used it a couple of times during the winter and then put it away. Took it out last year and the battery said it was charged but lasted about 3 min in the jacket before turning off. I submitted a repair request and was sent a new battery. Used it for a charge or 2 and the same thing happened. I just took the jacket out again today to see if it was just me and the battery will not hold a charge for longer than a few min and both the portable charger and my M12 charging station both give flashing lights indicating battery problem. No point having a rechargeable battery if it can only be used once!
I don't have a store receipt for the replacement battery they sent me so I can't do another replacement case. After reading other reviews on the site it looks like I am not the only one this happens to.
Jacket is nice but the battery is complete crap. Not worth the extra money spent. Go buy a bulk pack of Hand Warmers for $10 and use something else.

Great tools, bad batteries
Too bad they only last a little over 3 years and gives no warning it’s going to die. I had the same problem with the 6.0 that came in the pack, but it died in 2 years. Love the M12 tools but the batteries are garbage. I’ve got yellow batteries nearly 10 years old still going.

Absolute Garbage
I've had two of these fail within two years. I highly doubt either had more than 6 charges. The latest one is out of warrantee.

Do NOT buy a coat with the 3.0 battery
I bought the Milwaukee coat 5 days ago and loved it for the first 3 charges. Now my 3.0 battery will not charge. I have tried the base, the C charger and get nothing on both. The battery last about two hours in the coat “when” it did work which I thought was horrible. I would not purchase this item again! Do NOT waste your money!

All the hype, less the reliability
Seems an ongoing issue. Never ended up warrantied as the service center immediately denied it. As it was old but brand new out of box. Just got the darn thing and it didn't make it 3 full charges on a heated coat. Very disappointing. Avoid it and stick with the 2.0s instead
