the openings on the sides of the reel
the openings(slots on the sides of the reel inside should be deleted!!!, those holes cause the most of the problems of retracting the line back, very often the line falls out of those holes or slots, and it causes the reel stuck every time!!!

Awesome
I've been through several chalk boxes it three years and this one has lasted me a little over a year of constant use and abuse. It's only Issue is the reel is starting to feel wobbly. Other than that the best chalk box I've bought
