Milwaukee 48-22-8343 PACKOUT Shop Storage Tool Station

This was my first and last time ordering from red tool store. I completely understand it wasn’t the store fault of how my package arrived at my house. However the customer service was awful, Angie and Hanna provided the worse customer service experience I ever had, they seemed annoyed when assisting me on a claim as a paying customer I shouldn’t have to send out multiple emails asking for status of my claim such as when will the refund be issued or when is the item will be shipped.
