Loved it until it fell a couple feet onto concrete and cracked the lid. I think they should recess the plastic in a bit so it’s more likely to hit the stainless steel before the plastic lid.

Keeps coffee hot, however, the lid does not come apart easily for cleaning. There are not any arrows to line up the black piece, and I struggle to get it apart and back together. Terrible concept. This is not cheap, by any means and it certainly needs a major improvement !! So disappointed as I love the all other Milwaukee products.

This was a recent gift and has become my favorite coffee cup. I bought my wife a 20oz Yeti last year and for keeping hot beverages hot and cold beverages cold, this Milwaukee performs the same as a Yeti. I don't use this with a Packout system, so I can't speak to that aspect. I like that it fits the cup holders in my Ram, my wife's Sentra and my John Deere and Toro lawn tractors. I'd be curious to know just what vehicles folks can't fit this into the cup holder on. In the morning my coffee goes in it and it stays hot until it's all gone, then cup 2, then cup 3. When doing lawn work, keeps ice water cold on a hot day, even when it sits in direct sun.
I've read a lot of complaints about the lid, and I think many are due to unrealistic expectations. this is a travel mug - lid to prevent beverages from sloshing out when turning, accelerating or braking. I do a ton of DIY stuff (flooring, drywall, auto maint/repair, plumbing and more) and the lid is also great at keeping debris from saws, drills, grinders, etc out of my drink. I want to get a Packout lid to cut up and mount the twist-lock cup holder on my boat - or does Milwaukee aleady make a mountable cup holder?
Bottom line, this 20 oz coffee cup is awesome.

The lid fits very well and the magnetic closure on the lid works great. I haven’t tried it with coffee but with cold drinks it works great. It keeps ice for hours as well as the water, tea or soft drinks. And the 20 oz size is just right. It securely attaches to the pack out accessories with the lock in base. This tumbler is like a better built yeti.

worst lid ever---leaks with a breeze coming by- wish I could have returned it! stopped using and forgot about. What a shame -and NOT cheap!!!!

I was hoping this would be my "go to " coffee mug. NOT

I routinely switch back and forth from coffee to iced tea, and I think this does a remarkable job on both hot and cold beverages. I read someone else's review of the lid snapping closed and spurting little splashes of your drink around... and this does happen. I noticed it in the car when I'd get little spots of my beverage on the steering wheel. For the design, I really like the lid, and now I'm just careful to close it slowly when I put it back in the cup holder. I'd think it's a flaw, but I do really like the ease of cleaning the lid, so I wouldn't trade it out.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and it lets coffee go cold way too quickly. Coffee also comes out of the lid if it sloshes around in the truck and the lid closing mechanism spurts coffee every time it snaps shut. Love the design and the concept of it being secure with the pack out system but the mug itself really needs to be improved.

Really enjoy the pack out compatibility and it keeps either a hot or cold beverage at temp for a long time. Recommend for tradesmen!

So far so good but does the lid come apart for cleaning?
