This is a beefy palm router. It came with very useful accessories. Any battery powered router is going to be heavier because of the battery, but I really like the grip as well as the precise depth adjustment. I would definitely recommend this. The promo for 2 free batteries & a charger was just a huge bonus!

Five star rating for small to medium woodworking projects. Perfect size and balanced weight with a 5.0 AH battery attached. Glad I made this purchase.
Great router for woodworking. Cylindrical size of router housing is very good. Felt like I had good grip control around router housing. Very well made. I like the flexible rubber liner over the on/off switch to keep saw dust out of the switch mechanism. Highly recommend this router.

I have been using Dewalt cordless and corded trim routers for years now and I bought this because the depth adjustment setup is better. I like the thumb screw of the Milwaukee better than the big screw set up on the Dewalt. I also really appreciate that the Milwaukee router came with a fence, an aux base plate that is larger, AND a dust collection window. All things that don’t come with the Dewalt. The battery deal is epic! Thank you
